Parts Warranty

The frame, engine, and related components are warranted for 6 months and are applied to any part found to be defective due to material and/or workmanship when inspected at the factory. We will replace the defective parts at no charge. (Does not include Freight or Diagnostic Time)

Labour Warranty

A 6 month Labour Warranty applies to 2009 and newer models 500cc or larger.

Seasonal Warranty Adjustment

Certain models which are purchased during our cold weather season will have the warranty date adjusted. Buy any Dirt Bike, AT70, or AT110 between November 1st and January 31st and your warranty will be extended to July 31st.

When Is Warranty Void?

1. Warranty registration has not been submitted.
2. Any damage which is caused by collision or improper use.
3. Units that have been used for racing, competition, or rental.
4. Neglect or improper maintenance.
5. Altering of engine or its components.

What Is Not Covered Under Warranty?

1. Damage resulting from passage of time (fading of painted parts, plated surfaces, sheet peeling and other deterioration).
2. Consumable replacement parts such as : brake pads and shoes, clutch disks, drive chains, tires, batteries, spark plugs, hoses, filters, lubricants,
    light bulbs, fuses, rubber parts, belts, cables, body parts, seats, etc.
3. Engine noise and vibrations.
4. Seepages and minor leaks.
5. Improper storage or transportation.
6. Any damage resulting from natural disasters.
7. Incidental or additional expenses such as: towing, meals, hotels, communication, as well as losses during maintenance such as: loss of time,
    loss of business and rental expenses.
8. Any damage resulting from modification.
9. Scheduled maintenance and inspection fees.
